Cooking for my family brings me a lot of joy. My kitchen is my laboratory.
I view cooking the same way as doing experiments in the chemistry lab when I was a teenager.
Some points that I keep in mind while minding to the nourishment of my family are as follows.
- Always pray and ask the Lord for guidance in meal planning.
- Cook nutritious meals .
- Have variety in meals.
- Introduce new foods.
- Include meals from different ethnic origins to the meal plan. I rotate American, Chinese, Italian, Asian Indian, meals on different days.
